Minot

Minot, North Dakota
Population (2000): 36,567
County: Ward
Description
As a growing city of over 36,000 individuals situated in the lower Souris River valley, Minot is the fourth largest city in North Dakota. Nicknamed the "Magic City" for it's historic period of rapid growth as a railroad town, Minot has created a name for itself. From the gangsters that earned our city the title "Little Chicago" in the 1920's, to the Norsk Hostfest of present that retain our heritage, Minot has become an influential place to say the least.
